To ensure timely service for all clients, appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee of $50 will be incurred.

We kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair free of any styling products.

Payment in full is due at the time of service. We prefer electronic payments (Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo).

No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.

For the comfort of all clients, children are not permitted in the studio.

To ensure optimal service and safety, please keep your head upright throughout your appointment.

Kindly use headphones for phone conversations (no speakerphone) and refrain from including your stylist in video calls.

To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, please arrive alone to your appointent

During peak illness seasons, masks may be required. We kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

Please inform your stylist of any allergies or scalp sensitivities before your service.

Photos of desired styles are encouraged to aid in communication.

Smoking, vaping, and unprofessional behavior are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
